Air Movers were recently recalled by EDIC because they pose a fire hazard. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of air movers and blowers. Those who own the product are urged to stop using it immediately. The air mover/blower’s internal electrical capacitor can fail and overheat, posing a fire hazard which is why it being recalled. The product has been caused by four fires resulting in property damage but no one was injured, according to news reports.
As a personal injury attorney, my thoughts are with all those impacted by this recalled product and I hope that nobody is harmed by it. If you or someone dear to you was harmed by an unsafe product, you may want to discuss your claim and have any questions you may have answered by an attorney. They can guide you through the legal process and assist you with anything necessary to complete your claim. With an attorney on your side, the chances you have of getting better results for your case go up. You will have a team of legal staff working on your side to complete your case as efficiently as possible. They can walk you through the steps and help complete any necessary paperwork or legal documentation. With an attorney, you’re more likely to get what you deserve for your personal injury case.
