Volkswagon is recalling a certain 2012 Beetles that are equipped with a kind of tire that fails to meet federal motor vehicle safety standards. The tires could increase the likelihood of a vehicle crash. The recall will begin in September 2012, and Volkswagon will replace all noncompliant tires free of charge.
