Total willful disregard for people on the roadway.” The politician was a police officer for over 30 years. He saw Bieber’s vehicle weaving in and out of traffic and speeding. The celebrity says he was being chased by paparazzi. The investigation into the incident is now underway, and Bieber filed a complaint against a photographer. Bieber has previously gotten into scuffles with photographers, as Bieber allegedly fought with paparazzi when they tried to take a picture of him with his celebrity girlfriend. The singer has gotten in trouble with the law before in his Cadillac, and was pulled over for speeding in a construction zone along with making a left-turn from the middle lane of the roadway, according to news reports.
