Last month, a 50-year-old man was found unconscious on the street in Harrisburg, PA after an apparent car-pedestrian crash. This week, the man passed away at a local hospital as a result of the injuries he sustained in the accident.
According to police, 50-year-old Segundo Cherrez died Wednesday at the hospital. He had originally been found by bystanders along the 1700 block of Paxton Street around 2:44 a.m. on October 25, 2015. An autopsy revealed he suffered multiple traumatic injuries that were likely from being run over by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash.
Police are still seeking the driver of the vehicle who ran over Cherrez, thus causing his death.
