York PA Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Attorneys
If you or a family member has been injured or even killed as the result of a negligent driver in a car accident, truck accident, or as the result of a defective product, there is hope. You may have a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit against the responsible party in order to earn financial compensation for your medical bills, ongoing care, lost wages from missed time at work, and much more.
It is important that you act fast. As in all states, Pennsylvania has a short "statute of limitations" regarding personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of motor vehicle wrecks. These laws mean that you must bring your claim within a limited amount of time within the occurrence of your accident, or forfeit the right forever. A knowledgeable lawyer can advise you about your legal rights at a time that is convenient for you.
