Lasers and radar systems are being implemented in newer cars to make vehicles safer. There is an argument that drivers will become lazy and unconcerned with safe driving. However, the reality is that deaths from traffic accidents have dropped quite low, with some arguing that these newfound technologies are partially responsible for that. Anti-lock brakes, traction control, and airbags are just a few of the types of devices that are being utilized to make driving safer.
