As of July 15, 2012, the vehicle model UD TRUCKS/UD3300 (2008-2010) manufactured by UD TRUCKS Corporation underwent a recall. As a part of the process, vehicle owners will be notified by the company but may contact them for further information at 1-336-393-2233. The recall is as a result of newly acquired indicators that the vehicle’s primary and secondary braking systems have been found to be faulty, so much so that it may lead to increased risk of vehicular accidents. The vehicular model no longer complies with federal requirements. Thus the manufacturers are recalling them to be corrected, according to news reports.
