Marc focuses his practice on medical device and pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, as well as other various personal injury cases. He spent several years as a case manager for HHR’s mass tort division before becoming an attorney, gaining intimate knowledge about mass tort procedure and practice.
Marc has deep roots in Central Pennsylvania. He attended Elizabethtown Area High School, then graduated summa cum laude from Messiah University with a B.A. in politics. After several years of playing music and touring nationally, he attended Widener Commonwealth School of Law, graduating summa cum laude as the class of 2016 valedictorian. At Widener Commonwealth, Marc was also part of the law review’s editorial board. He then spent four years as a federal law clerk in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania—first for the late Judge William W. Caldwell and then for the Honorable Christopher C. Conner.
Marc brings extensive federal court experience to his practice at Handler Henning & Rosenberg. He is passionate about representing people whose lives have been upended by the careless acts of large pharmaceutical and medical device companies, as well as negligent drivers and property owners. Through his legal work, he strives to give his clients a voice and an opportunity to be made whole.
