Handler, Henning & Rosenberg is proud to announce that two of our attorneys, Matthew S. Crosby and David L. Lutz, have been selected for inclusion in the 2022 edition of The Best Lawyers in America© for Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs. Matthew was first selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in 2020. This is his second inclusion. This is David’s 16th time being recognized by Best Lawyers®. He has been named to the publication every year since 2006—an incredible accomplishment and a testament to his ability.

Since first published 38 years ago, Best Lawyers® has acted on the core mission “to highlight the top legal talent in America.” The publication’s peer review process is tried, tested, and consistent, even while it has grown significantly. In total, Best Lawyers has overseen over 13 million evaluations of lawyers by their peers.

Being recognized in The Best Lawyers in America is an honor we don’t take lightly. The review process is carefully monitored and has remained unchanged since its creation. It was designed to create an accurate representation of leading lawyers’ opinions about their peers—and it continues to do so today.

Best Lawyers takes it a step further by verifying each nominee’s standing with their state bar association, ensuring they meet strict ethical requirements before they can earn their recognition. The result is a list of lawyers known for their skill, integrity, ethics, and results.

Our firm is grateful that Matthew and David have been recognized, and we look forward to their future accomplishments. Thank you to Best Lawyers and to our peers who voted!
