HHR Attorneys Honored by Best Lawyers® 2024

Everyone at Handler, Henning & Rosenberg is thrilled to announce that two of our attorneys, Matthew Crosby and David Lutz, have been included in The Best Lawyers in America® 2024 edition for Harrisburg.

If you’re unfamiliar with Best Lawyers®, it’s one of the most highly respected peer-review awards in the legal profession. In their own words, Best Lawyers says their process "captures, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area.” Simply put, it’s a peer-reviewed list of the most celebrated lawyers in each geographic and practice area, recognizing those who set the bar.

We are incredibly proud of our colleagues who have been recognized in this prestigious list:

  • Matthew Crosby: Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs
  • David Lutz: Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs

How Lawyers Are Selected

The Best Lawyers® methodology begins with nominations from every corner of the legal industry, primarily from previous clients and peers from other law firms.

Nominees then evaluate their colleagues by answering one key question: “If you were unable to take a case yourself, how likely would you be to refer it to this nominee?” It’s a test of their respect for their peers' professional abilities and ethical conduct. Importantly, nominees receive custom ballots that exclude their own names, ensuring unbiased feedback. Lastly, all lawyers are cross-checked with their respective state bar sanction lists to ensure they are in good standing with their ethics committees.

Having Matt and Dave recognized by such a rigorous and respected process is a testament to our dedication to serving our clients and fighting for justice.
