Every day, I walk into our office and go to bat for people who have been harmed by pharmaceutical drug and medical device companies at a time when they need us the most. There’s no greater privilege than that.

Jordan focuses his practice on motor vehicle accidents, pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort litigation, products liability, and serious personal injury. During law school, Jordan worked in the mass tort department at Handler, Henning & Rosenberg LLC, where he gained valuable experience and a desire to help individuals who suffered harmful side effects, serious health problems, or even death as a result of taking dangerous or defective prescription drugs. Today, Jordan represents injured victims from across the nation who have been harmed by the careless actions of others and is committed to successfully resolving their claims.

Massive companies, with their economies of scale, are able to harm large groups of people and consider it a "business expense" to settle claims. Some companies, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, even calculate how much money they can expect to pay per court battle. Holding companies that large accountable to people is a challenge, which is why Jordan has committed much of his career to mass tort litigation. Mass torts allow claimants to band together and balance the scales against billion-dollar companies. Even in cases involving individual claimants, Jordan has a passion for holding large insurers accountable to their claimants.

One of the highlights of Jordan’s legal career is a result he secured in 2019 on behalf of a grieving family who had lost a loved one because of a negligent driver in Silver Spring Township. Making matters worse, the driver fled the scene of the deadly accident they caused, a felony crime in Pennsylvania. Jordan fought to make sure this family—including two children left without a parent—got the compensation they deserved. The cases ended with a court verdict of $5 million that’s thought to be the largest ever rewarded in Cumberland County. Jordan’s dedication to results, focus on justice, and compassion for clients is what made this outcome possible.

Outside of the courthouse, Jordan typically spends his time playing basketball, golf, guitar, or enjoying his family and friends.
