Victoria Ramirez

Attorney

Attorney Victoria Rose Ramirez is originally from Hammonton, New Jersey. She earned her B.A. in Law & Justice Studies from Rowan University in 2021 before moving to Harrisburg to pursue her legal education. In 2025, she received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.

While in law school, Victoria was certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as a Certified Legal Intern, where she represented clients in family law and estate planning matters. She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Shawn D. Meyers of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process and courtroom procedures.

Victoria began working at Handler, Henning & Rosenberg in 2021, and has remained with the firm throughout her legal education and into her career as an attorney. She has served the firm in multiple capacities—including as a paralegal, law clerk, and now attorney—demonstrating consistent professional growth and a deep commitment to serving clients with integrity and compassion.

Victoria is passionate about standing up for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others and is committed to building a career rooted in advocacy, empathy, and client-focused service. Victoria is eager to continue learning and growing within the field, while providing strong support to clients navigating the legal system.

Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys traveling with her husband, learning new languages, painting, and interior design.
