Alison Rogalski is the Chief Operating Officer at Handler Henning & Rosenberg LLP, where she plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations and supporting the firm's commitment to exceptional client service. A native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Alison is a proud graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Art.
Alison’s career began at HHR, where she interned during high school and college, gaining early insight into the legal profession. After graduation, she moved to Virginia to work as a Senior Order Controller for a national custom printing retailer. There, she managed complex workflows between customers and suppliers, sharpening her skills in coordination, logistics, and client relations.
She returned to Harrisburg to become an Assistant Account Manager for a technology distribution company, focusing on the college bookstore division. In this role, she developed a strong foundation in sales strategy and customer service.
In 2016, Alison rejoined HHR as an Intake Specialist and Graphic Designer. Her passion for the firm and its mission, combined with her diverse experience, propelled her into expanded roles in human resources, administration, and office management. Her promotion to Chief Operating Officer reflects years of dedication, leadership, and a deep understanding of the firm’s operations.
Outside the office, Alison enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, trying new foods, traveling, attending Penn State sporting events, and relaxing with a good book or movie—often with her cat curled up nearby.
