Thomas F. Lovecchio has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals and families who have been harmed by the negligence of others. With a proven track record of taking on large insurance companies, he has represented clients in a variety of complex cases, including medical malpractice, defective products, commercial motor vehicles, dram shop liability, negligent security, and unsafe premises.
Before joining Handler Henning & Rosenberg, Thomas practiced law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he earned a strong reputation as a passionate advocate for justice in personal injury cases. Today, he continues his work at Handler Henning & Rosenberg, where he remains committed to helping clients who have suffered due to the irresponsible actions of others. Thomas approaches each case with the goal of securing fair compensation for his clients, fighting back against the tactics of insurance companies that seek to deny or delay rightful claims.
Further, his approach to the law is rooted in a deep sense of responsibility. He understands the emotional and financial toll that tragic events can take on individuals and families. He is committed to ensuring the overall safety of the community by holding negligent individuals and companies responsible for their actions as well as providing clients with closure after experiencing a tragic event.
Thomas earned his bachelor's degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2016, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he graduated with honors in 2019. During law school, Thomas was the Internal Managing Editor of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, and Race, served as the External Vice President for the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and obtained a certificate in Advocacy. He is also a proud member of The Order of the Barristers, a distinction awarded to the best advocates in law school.
Outside of his legal practice, Thomas is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he applies the same discipline and perseverance that drives his work in the courtroom.
